Warm Winter Days...

a few bullets:
- We were at the park last month on a beautiful warm day... oh how I want a warm day now! We are having the coldest winter in years! We usually have several warm days in between cold days to have fun outdoors; but day after day, for a couple of weeks now, it has been FREEZING. 15 this morning. Brrr....We are tired of hibernation.
- I am really glad the holidays are over. I so love routine, everyday life. I love the fresh look on life for the New Year. Ryan does too. We both take it as a fresh start to a few things we haven't done our best at and want to improve. Hubby doesn't really get into resolutions, and fresh starts the way Ryan and I do.
- The Treasures and I have been watching food network and cooking and baking. Its been fun. I had not cooked with much creativity in years; so we are really enjoying ourselves with this new hobby. We have been baking fresh breads with our new bread maker and coming up with different fruity desserts. It has helped pass the time with this cold weather.

Yes the warm days are the best. We didn't even open the garage door yesterday. Too cold. Keep a fire most of the time. Happy cooking!!!

Wow how cool to be in a t-sirt!! We wont see above freezing for over a week. Britain is having a rare big freeze!! And the Brits cant cope with the snow, a few inches and everything comes to a standstill. Where are you?
Love Jules

It's stinkin' cold here too! I personally think if it is going to be this cold we should get snow so we can go play!
I love the photos and am inspired by your photography! Did you get a new camera or are you just mastering your craft? Oh, how I need to learn to use my camera!
Love you and so glad you are all happy and well.

I feel warmer just looking at those photos. We've been doing a lot of cooking and baking around here, too. It helps keep us busy when we are snowed in.

Oh, these pictures look so nice and sunny!! I crave a nice sunny day sans snow. I love how Caitlyn fills her shirt with the pebbles. So cute!!
Cooking with the Treasures sounds like a wonderful way to spend your winter days. I love spending time in the kitchen with my girls and only wish we had more time to do it. Enjoy your time together and learning a new art!!

Love all the new pictures...the kids all look so happy and so warm....I am jealous and can't wait until our snow is all gone and we can play outside like you are...unfortunatly we have awhile yet. Not sure if you have been to my blog lately or not but it's gotten wonky so I am thinking I am in need of a makeover. If you have time and can walk me through a change again i would really appreciate it...no pressure only if you have the time:) Happy 2010 to you all;)
