our week

These are from one of our trips to the zoo in the Butterfly Garden. Caitlyn LOVES to try and catch the butterflies.

well this week we have swam, swam and swam.... That is it. It has been way to hot and humid to do anything else outdoors. Caitlyn has had a ball learning. She is such a little fish. You don't have to push or coax her to learn. She is so eager. She takes off her little life jacket and says "I no need it" and practices going down to get dive rings and ducking her head. She is beginning to jump off the side as well. I have no doubt she will be swimming well by the end of this summer. She has really amazed us this week with her progress.
In the pics with her arms up she is saying I did it!!!!! So darling...
Have a wonderful weekend. I have just been busy this week with the kids outdoors and not had alot of time to make a pretty scrap page. I am going to try and get creative and do a few over the weekend hopefully.

  • That looks like so much fun! It's chilly and rainy here, so those pool pics make me jealous! We're getting some warm this weekend, but no pool here - it's just not practical.

  • These are beautiful pictures of your week Connie!! I love the precious little "piggies"! Oh...and seeing the "push-ups" ice creams takes me back to my childhood...those were my All-time favorite treats!!! Absolutely lovely picture of the sweetest little treasures!!!

  • Ah, I would so love to have a pool in the backyard. Just looks like so much fun and sure would save on all those YMCA swimming lessons! Ok, so we have a pool but it would be nice to have one all the water didn't go out once I got in. LOL! Ah, just kidding. Going to be 97 this weekend so we will get wet for sure.
