Thankful Thursday
just pics from our week... and a little thank you too...
Thank you for all you sweet comments on the previous post; you all truly brighten my days with your sweet words. But I have to tell you I have my feeling way overwhelmed days and am certainly not perfect yet. I have days I use my mean mommy voice way more than I wish I had by the end of the day... I also have evenings I use my overwhlemed loud wife voice too much too!... We are all in training here for the army of the Lord and a work in progress...
We have had a beautiful week that seemed to fly by. I am not sure what we are doing for the weekend yet.
I am very thankful this week that that we have had such a beautiful Spring so far. Its really been lovely. I have really enjoyed it. I think I am seeing nature more with the Treasures than I ever did in the past. They love outdoors so much that I am more aware now of my surroundings.
I am also extremely thankful for God's continuous provision. With the constant talk of the economy troubles, gas prices etc... I never cease to be thankful for groceries, my home, my automobiles, etc... I am so thankful He continues to bless our business continually.
Ryan had to learn this little poem years ago in first grade and I stuck it to my fridge and it has always remained there as a reminder to me of God's merciful wonderful provision:

Your treasures are just lovely. I have always wondered... How old are they? I'm really bad at guessing. Also, I'm glad to hear you're human and use your mommy voice occassionally, too. :-)

Moms are not perfect!
I use the same voice and when I lay my head down on my pillow at night, tears start flowing while I am thinking about how I can control my "Mean mommy voice" next time.
You always bring a smile to my face with the beautiful photos that you post.
All of your post this last week were great! Thanks!
You have such a beautiful family.
Have a great weekend and I can't wait to see the memories you captured in your photos.

You know my friend, I know EXACTLY how you feel. It is so, so hard being the consistent disciplinarian. I feel like the wicked witch sometimes. It is very yucky!! Praying for you and some quiet days.
Of course, your children are beautiful as always.

We are all quite the work in progress, aren't we? I am somewhat thankful, though, that God knows our faults before they even happen! And loves us anyways!! Precious pics!!
