Autumn Fun

We had fun Saturday at our 2nd Pumpkin Patch trip of the season. Caitlyn's highlight was the pony ride. She wanted to ride over and over. She loved it. We even managed to persuade our eldest treasure out for this trip, although he says he doesn't get how this could possibly be fun, he still had a good attitude and came along. A fun day all around. Chloe loved the horse ride as well. Jacob seemed to enjoy the railroad last week much more than this trip. It was a little warmer than I thought it would be. We are having very cool nights, but it heats up quickly when the sun comes out. It was still a little over 80 for this trip as well.

Sunday the kids played outdoors after church ALL day. We have alot of shade, so 80's are rather nice in our yard. They really enjoyed themselves swinging, playing ball, riding bikes. Daddy to 4 and I sat and watched them play all afternoon so thankful that they play so well together. It was just one of those days where everyone got along and things were peaceful and you counted your blessings.

  • The girls look beautiful in those black shirts! What a fun day and so glad your eldest treasure decided to join all of you! Sometimes, it doesn't sound like fun until you actually get there!

  • I love all the pictures, as usual! But my favorite is the one of Chloe on the horse. Her hair flying in the wind is so pretty!

  • As always, your treasures bring so many smiles to our faces:) You capture them so well and let's face it, they are spectacular photographic subjects!

I, like you am not craving the cold weather, but enjoy this season of Indian Summer - it is a looooong winter ahead, so I want to make the most of these balmy days.

*Sophie's Mom , we went to the patch today for a birthday party, but we haven't been there to get the "carving" pumpkin yet!*

    Have a blessed week!
