Chloe's adoption day

This weekend we celebrated Chloes adoption day. My mom and Chloe made a cake together. We were all out on the back deck and I noticed someone had slipped away. I knew right where to find her :)

I just showed Chloe this post and she said thank you for welcoming me to this family momma. I don't want any other family, just this one. SO sweet... Have I said lately how thankful I am for my girl?
