We went out to dinner tonight with a family that has not been dtc too long for their first blessing. They were customers of Danny and when he found out they were adopting he HAD to have them meet his Catie Bug. Its so enjoyable to talk to fellow adopters. To see the gleam in their eye when they met Caitlyn was so sweet and I know how anxious they are to meet their daughter. I am so sorry that the wait has gotten soo long. I do know that whatever the wait, it is soo worth it. Adoption has been the most wonderful miracle in my life. It has completed me. I am just sorry for the emotional pain that people go through during their waits on the rollercoaster of adoption.
We went Chinese, where else do you meet a family that is adopting from China? :) Caitlyn ate and ate. She LOVES chicken fried rice. The hostess at our local Chinese restaurant is always AMAZED at Caitlyn's energy. Caitlyn is busy at home, BUT, she can get the kind of hyper busy when you take her out and about. Wide open, full speed busy. I tell Danny often she should be very thankful for her cuteness factor.
